Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Tomatoes - 2 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pine nuts - 2 tablespoons, toasted

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini and tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  5. Spread the zucchini and tomato mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
