- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
