Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 150 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves - 15 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the zucchini.
  7. Add the chopped fresh mint leaves and red chili flakes (if using) on top of the pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
