  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the olive topping by mixing the sliced olives with lemon juice in a separate bowl.
