Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the cumin, paprika, and coriander, cooking for an additional minute to release the spices' aromas.
  4. Add the halved olives to the pan, stirring well to coat them with the spice mixture.
