- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the zaatar spice blend with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to create a paste.
- Spread the zaatar paste evenly over each piece of flatbread.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, and red onion on top of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle with a little more olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
