Ingredients

  • Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons
  • Black olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil evenly across the surface.
  4. Sprinkle the zaatar spice blend over the dough, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Arrange the sliced black olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly over the zaatar-covered dough.
  6. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
