  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges - 2 (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
