  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chickpeas, red kidney beans, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, and chopped parsley.
