  • Fresh mint - 15 grams (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • Ground cumin - 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Black pepper - 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon)

Steps

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber thoroughly. Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and the cucumber into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, parsley, and mint.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
