- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
