Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
