- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 250 ml
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped for garnish
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a tajine or a large skillet over medium heat.

- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Add the green olives to the skillet, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
