  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml

Steps

  1. In a small tagine or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Crumble the goat cheese into the tagine and spread it evenly across the base.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese in the tagine, ensuring it covers the cheese evenly.
  5. Add the water to the tagine, cover it with a lid, and reduce the heat to low.
  6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set but still slightly soft.
