- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps
- In a large tajine or heavy pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the carrot slices to the pot, stirring to combine, and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes until the meat is tender and the carrots are cooked through.
