- Green olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Water - 200 ml
Steps
- In a large tajine or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped red onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and tomato, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
- Add the cuttlefish rings to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables and spices.
- Pour in the water, bring to a simmer, then cover the tajine and reduce the heat to low.
- Let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cuttlefish is tender.
- Add the sliced green olives and chopped cilantro, mixing them in gently.
