  • Fresh ginger - 30 grams, grated

  • Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Vegetable broth - 250 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a tajine or large pot over medium heat.
