- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Vegetable broth - 200 ml

Steps
- In a tajine or a deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and tomato, cooking for another 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the prawns and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat, stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
