  • Orange zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Chop the dried apricots, figs, and dates into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped dried fruits with water, honey, cinnamon powder, and orange zest.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruits soften.
