Steps
- In a small bowl, soak the dried apricots, figs, and dates in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.
- In a medium-sized tajine or saucepan, combine the soaked fruits (drained), orange juice, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon powder, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
