- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 250 ml
- Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium tajine or non-stick pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped red onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced zucchini, red bell pepper, and carrot, cooking for another 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the cumin powder, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
- Incorporate the cooked chickpeas and pour in the vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the tajine and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Meanwhile, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp, setting aside.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the tajine from heat and fold in the passion fruit pulp along with the chopped coriander.
