Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a small tajine or a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped red onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until it becomes translucent.

- Add the ground cinnamon, ginger, cumin, and chili flakes, stirring to combine, and cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
- Gently fold in the raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the raspberries start to break down.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped mint leaves.
