  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable broth - 200 ml

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a tajine or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
