Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized tajine or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent.

- Add the diced carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Incorporate the cooked chickpeas, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a gentle simmer, and cover the tajine or pot.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Stir in the chopped fresh dill just before serving, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
