- Ground lamb - 200 grams

- Yellow onion - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bell pepper softens.
- Add the tomato paste and mix well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Gently fold in the zucchini noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until they are tender but not mushy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot, topped with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
