Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the grated carrot, chopped red bell pepper, and zucchini, cooking for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add the drained chickpeas, tomato paste, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your baking tray.
