- Dried apricots - 50 grams, chopped
- Almonds - 30 grams, chopped
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, ground
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 300 milliliters

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a tagine or heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the rabbit legs and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced carrot and diced bell pepper, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato, dried apricots, and almonds, mixing well.
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon, cumin, ginger, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring the rabbit is mostly submerged.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low, simmering for about 40 minutes or until the rabbit is tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
