- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a tagine or large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the beef cubes to the pot, browning them on all sides.
- Stir in the sliced carrot, zucchini, and red bell pepper, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato, cilantro, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the tagine or pot, reduce the heat to low, and let it cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is tender.
