Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1.5 cm cubes.
- Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
