Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Sweet potato - 200 grams, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Harissa paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the harissa paste evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the harissa, then arrange the roasted sweet potato slices evenly over the cheese.
  6. Add the thinly sliced red onion and crumble the feta cheese over the pizza. Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
