- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the harissa paste evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the harissa, then arrange the roasted sweet potato slices evenly over the cheese.
- Add the thinly sliced red onion and crumble the feta cheese over the pizza. Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
