- Medjool dates - 8 pieces
- Goat cheese - 60 grams
- Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh mint leaves - 4 leaves, finely chopped
- Salt - a pinch
- Black pepper - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Carefully make a slit along the length of each Medjool date and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, ground cinnamon, chopped mint leaves, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each date with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure they are filled.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute before serving.
