Ingredients

  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
