  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, parsley, mint, olive oil, and lemon zest.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage or log shape.
  4. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 70°C).
  6. Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
