- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Mix well to ensure the lamb is thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
