Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, cubed
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.

  4. Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
