- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt - 50 grams (for serving)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and finely chopped red onion.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into small oval or round meatballs (about 5 cm in diameter).
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place the kofta on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the kofta are grilling, prepare a refreshing cucumber salad by mixing diced cucumber with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Once the kofta are cooked, serve them hot with a dollop of yogurt and the cucumber salad on the side.
