- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- While the shrimp marinates, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing yogurt, harissa paste, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
