  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp marinates, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing yogurt, harissa paste, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
