Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the eggplant into 1 cm thick rounds.

  4. Brush both sides of the eggplant slices with the marinade.
