  • Canned chickpeas - 400 grams, drained and rinsed
  • Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams
  • Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
