Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas - 240 grams, drained and rinsed
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Lemon - 1, for squeezing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, harissa paste, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  5. Spread the chickpea mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Top with sliced red onion and bell pepper.
