Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
