- Beef chuck - 500 grams

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1 cup
Steps
- Cut the beef chuck into 2-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your barbecue grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a small pot, combine the remaining marinade, lemon juice, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the grilled beef with the sauce drizzled on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
