- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
- Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
