  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges - 2 (for serving)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
