- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the spices.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
