  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
