Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem to create a flat base.
- Slice the cauliflower head into 1-inch thick steaks, making about 2-3 steaks.

- Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
