Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets

  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the cauliflower marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated cauliflower florets onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
