- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Cover the bowl and let the cauliflower marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated cauliflower florets onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and has a nice char.
