- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add the sliced carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
