- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped carrots. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
