Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, olive oil, harissa paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the spiced carrot mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the carrot mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
