- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
