Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with a side salad or couscous.
