Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and the egg.
- Mix the ingredients well with your hands until fully combined, then form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
